To engage our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.

3. Service Description
Saiyok Legal provides legal advisory services focused on pension protection matters in Thailand. Our services are designed to assist individuals in understanding, reviewing, and where appropriate, formally querying their pension entitlements.
Our services are available to residents and relevant stakeholders in Thailand. Where a matter involves pension records or entitlements governed by Thai law, including those under the Government Pension Fund (GPF) or Social Security Fund, we operate within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Thailand.
The scope of each service is defined at the point of engagement. We do not make commitments regarding outcomes beyond the professional preparation and submission of materials within our direct control.
4. User Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to the following:
- ■Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requested.
- ■Supply all relevant documents and records in a timely manner so that we may carry out our work effectively.
- ■Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may be material to your matter.
- ■Not misrepresent your identity, your entitlements, or the nature of your matter.
- ■Not use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to the rights of any third party.
- ■Treat our staff with courtesy and respect throughout the engagement.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw from an engagement where we believe that information provided to us is materially inaccurate or where continued engagement would be improper under applicable professional standards.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on our website — including text, layout, design, and branding — remain the property of Saiyok Legal and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Written findings, reports, and correspondence produced by Saiyok Legal in the course of your engagement are provided for your personal use in connection with your matter. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes or distributed without our written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our website and the materials prepared for your matter for the purpose of your lawful pension-related enquiry.
6. Payment Terms
Our service fees are as follows:
| Service | Fee (THB) |
|---|---|
| Pension Document Check | ฿4,300 |
| Entitlement Recalculation Request | ฿9,400 |
| Comprehensive Pension Protection Case | ฿17,200 |
All fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable as agreed at the time of engagement. Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed in your engagement letter.
In the event that work needs to be discontinued at your request after it has commenced, any fees already incurred for work completed will remain payable. Refunds for prepaid amounts are considered on a case-by-case basis, having regard to the work already undertaken.
We will always explain the fee structure clearly before any engagement begins. There are no undisclosed charges.
7. Service-Specific Terms
The following terms apply to specific service engagements:
Pension Document Check
This service involves a review of the documents you provide. It does not constitute formal legal representation or a submission to any fund or authority. Our written findings reflect our assessment of the records as presented to us and should not be treated as a definitive legal determination.
Entitlement Recalculation Request
We will prepare and submit a formal request on your behalf based on the information and documents you provide. The outcome of any submission rests with the relevant pension authority. We cannot control or influence the decision of that authority and do not make representations about likely outcomes.
Comprehensive Pension Protection Case
This is an end-to-end engagement involving preparation, submission, correspondence, and representation across one or more stages of your matter. The scope is defined in a written engagement letter. Changes to scope requested after commencement may affect the overall fee, which we will discuss with you in advance.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis. We approach every matter with care and diligence. However, we do not warrant that any particular outcome will result from our work on your behalf.
Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for obtaining advice specific to your individual circumstances.
Third-party pension authorities, government bodies, and fund administrators make their own determinations independently of Saiyok Legal. We are not responsible for the decisions or actions of those bodies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of pension entitlements not recoverable due to third-party decisions, delays caused by government bodies, or circumstances outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saiyok Legal, its advisers, and staff from any claims, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate or misleading information, or your use of our services in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by providing written notice. If you choose to discontinue a service that is in progress, we will cease work promptly and confirm in writing the status of any outstanding matters.
We may withdraw from an engagement without notice where we become aware that continuing would be professionally improper, unlawful, or where you have materially breached these Terms.
Upon termination, any fees for work already completed shall remain payable. Provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
Before pursuing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If you have a concern about our services, please contact us at [email protected] and we will endeavour to respond within five working days.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, either party may seek mediation or refer the matter to the relevant professional body before commencing litigation.
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any written engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saiyok Legal in relation to the subject matter and supersede any prior communications or understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a restructuring or change in our practice.
Notices. Formal notices under these Terms should be sent in writing to our registered address or to [email protected].
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
Where changes are material, we will endeavour to bring them to your attention by notice on our website or by email if you have an active engagement with us.
Your continued use of our website or services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
