Why Work With Us
What Sets Our Approach Apart
We do not simply offer legal services — we offer a particular way of working. Careful, transparent, and built around the client's situation rather than a generic process.

What You Receive When You Engage Saiyok Legal
Qualified Legal Advisers
Every case is handled by a registered legal professional with specific experience in Thai pension and administrative law — not a general practitioner.
Written Engagement at Every Stage
Findings, progress notes, and case reports are provided in writing. You have a clear record of everything that has been reviewed and what was concluded.
Fixed, Transparent Fees
Each service has a stated fee. The engagement letter confirms what is included before any work begins. There are no hidden charges added after the fact.
Communication That Respects Your Pace
We update you at meaningful stages, not constantly. When we contact you, there is something substantive to report. We do not create urgency where none exists.
English-Language Service
Our services are conducted and documented in English, making them accessible to expatriate residents and foreign nationals with pension entitlements under Thai law.
Confidential Handling Throughout
Your documents and personal information are handled under a strict confidentiality protocol. Nothing is shared with any third party without your written consent.
Expertise in a Narrow Field
Pension law in Thailand sits at the intersection of labour law, social security regulation, and administrative procedure. It requires familiarity not just with the legal texts, but with how the Social Security Office, Government Pension Fund, and other bodies operate in practice — their documentation requirements, timelines, and the specific grounds on which they accept or reject review requests.
Saiyok Legal has developed this expertise over many years of focused practice. Our team is not generalist; pension matters are what we do.

A Structured, Predictable Process
Clients who come to us often feel uncertain about what to expect. One of the most useful things we provide is a clear framework: here is what we will do, here is what we need from you, here is when you will hear from us next.
That clarity does not happen by accident. It is the result of a documented internal process that covers every stage of client engagement, from initial enquiry to final report.
Pricing That Reflects What Is Actually Done
The three service tiers are priced to reflect the actual scope of work involved. A document check requires a meeting, careful comparison of records, and a written summary — and it is priced accordingly. A comprehensive case involves substantially more work and is priced to reflect that.
We do not charge consultation fees for initial enquiries, and we do not add charges beyond what is stated in the engagement letter without your prior agreement.
All fees stated inclusive of the scope described. No additional charges without prior written agreement.

What Makes Us Different
Features That Are Not Standard Practice Elsewhere
Written Note of Findings After Every Service
Each engagement concludes with a written document you can keep. This is not common practice in general legal work, but we consider it a basic part of doing the job properly.
Remote Consultation for Clients Outside Chiang Mai
Document reviews and case management can be conducted remotely where the matter allows, meaning clients elsewhere in Thailand can access our services without travel.
A Managed Client List That Protects Your File
We deliberately limit the number of active cases we carry at any time. This means your matter receives genuine attention rather than being one of many moving through a pipeline.
No Pressure at Any Stage of the Process
We will never suggest that you need to take a further step without a sound basis for that recommendation. A document check that finds nothing concerning is a complete and worthwhile service in itself.
