Our Methodology

How We Handle Every Matter

Every engagement begins with a document intake. We ask for what we need, no more. We work through what you have provided systematically, comparing it against the official record held by the fund or authority.

At each stage of our process, we make a written note of what has been done, what was found, and what the next step is. You receive a copy. If there is nothing to report at a given stage, we say so clearly rather than sending updates for the sake of appearing active.

We do not recommend escalating to a higher service tier unless we find a specific, documentable reason to do so. The document check is a complete service in its own right — not a gateway to selling you something more expensive.
