How Saiyok Legal Came to Be
Saiyok Legal was established in Chiang Mai to address a gap that had become increasingly apparent: individuals dealing with pension concerns often found themselves navigating administrative systems without any support, unclear about what their records contained or what options were open to them.
The firm was founded by practitioners who had seen, across years of legal work, how pension files could accumulate errors, omissions, and discrepancies that were difficult to identify without trained eyes and patience. The founding purpose was straightforward: to provide a structured, calm, and honest service for anyone who needed their pension situation looked at properly.
Over time, the practice developed three clear service areas — an entry-level document check for those who simply want to know where things stand, a formal entitlement review process for those who believe a figure is wrong, and a comprehensive case service for those facing complex or prolonged disputes. Each level was designed to be proportionate, transparent, and without pressure.
Today, the firm operates from Nimmanhaemin Road in the Suthep district of Chiang Mai, serving clients throughout Thailand. Our team maintains a client list that allows proper time to be allocated to each matter. We do not take on more work than we can handle with care.
Our Mission
To ensure that every individual who comes to us understands their pension position clearly and has received the best assistance we can provide — without feeling rushed or pressured.
Our Approach
We take one matter at a time. We read what you have, compare it with what the fund holds, and tell you plainly what we find. We do not recommend further steps unless there is a sound basis for them.
Our Commitment
We treat the information you share with us as confidential. We provide written records of findings. We stay within the scope of work agreed at the outset.

Legal Assistance for Pension Matters in Northern Thailand
Pension matters in Thailand involve a number of different administrative bodies and regulatory frameworks. The Social Security Office, Government Pension Fund, and various employer-managed schemes each operate under their own rules, timelines, and documentation requirements. When something in a pension record appears incorrect — or when a person simply does not know whether their file is in order — obtaining qualified legal assistance is often the most straightforward route to clarity.
Saiyok Legal has built its practice around precisely this kind of work. Located on Nimmanhaemin Road in Chiang Mai, the firm serves individuals who need a structured, professional review of their pension documentation, a formal request for entitlement recalculation, or comprehensive legal representation in a prolonged pension matter.
The work requires familiarity with Thai administrative law, knowledge of the relevant fund regulations, and the capacity to read and interpret contribution records, benefit calculations, and correspondence from pension authorities. It also requires patience — both in working through complex paperwork and in communicating findings to clients who may be unfamiliar with the terminology.
Saiyok Legal provides this work in English, making the firm accessible to expatriate residents and foreign nationals living in Thailand who have accrued pension entitlements under Thai employment. Clients from across the country have engaged the firm remotely where an in-person meeting was not practical, with the initial document check conducted via secure transfer of materials.
